Erika & Mark Lebo, founders of Exeter Township business 73 Charcuterie Co., are offering a 60-90 minute class teaching everything you need to know to make the perfect brunch charcuterie board.
Mark & Erika have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and are ServeSafe Food Handler Certified. They will teach you cutting techniques, how to make a salami rosette and assembly of the board to turn it into a work of art. This is an interactive class and perfect for a brunch date.
