Although we use the farmstead as the winery’s central location, we also provide a venue for Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers and Celebratory Events. For larger on-site events, we use our backyard party tents (up to 170 people).
How Many Guest are attending?
Each of our indoor rooms at the Winery can accommodate up to 20 guests.
For 40 guests, the two connecting rooms on the first floor (parlor and music room) can be combined.
For much larger events, an off-site Barn is available, accommodating up to 100 people.

Let us help you with your upcoming event. We do many events here at the winery. Depending on how many guests you were going to invite, we do have two locations. One in Birdsboro and One in Bechtelsville. For private events, the cost would be depending on which location. Either location you are able to have your own caterer and/or bring your own food. All wine will need to be purchased separately.
Our Birdsboro location, our first floor rooms hold up to 18 people and the cost of that room is $300, but for some inside events, we use the two connecting rooms downstairs (parlor and music room). Cost for these connecting rooms is $700 for up to 40 people. For over 40 people, we could also be able to host your party in a tent in our backyard and the cost would depend on the size wanted/needed. The largest tent we offer is a 40 x 60 tent and that rental is $1500 (tables/chairs extra). If you rent the tents after a concert day, the cost of the tent is $400 plus tables and chairs (which you can bring yourselves or rent from us)
Our Bechtelsville location, one of our rooms holds up to 12 people for $250 and the other is a climate controlled Great Room with a wine bar, wood fire place, media center and is handicap accessible. The room holds up to 50 people but with Covid comfortably holds up to 40. The cost is $950 for weddings or $625 for 4 hours. This rental includes one staff member for the entire time of rental and trash removal. We also offer outdoor party tents 40 x 60 for a cost of $1500 or 20 x 20 for $400 plus cost of appropriate number of tables/chairs for your guests. We are also in the planning stages of renovating our barn and that is expected to be completed by end of 2022 and we will also be having tents onsite as another event option.
