Summer Blush (watermelon)

Reisling

Chardonnay

This Dry White wine runs around 12% alcohol by Volume. Our Chardonnay is nearly Naked! Only lightly oaked late in the process, this wine lends just a hint of oak with a smooth buttery finish. Excellent slightly chilled or at room temperature.

Gewurztraminer

This wine pleases the nose and the palette. Fermented with elder flowers the aroma is of a field of flowers, with a slight residual sugar it brings out fantastic grapefruit finish without overwhelming acid. Quite a unique wine indeed. Tastes sweeter than it is!

Vignoles

Merlot

Cabernet Sauvignon

12% – 14% Alcohol by Volume. This big dry red wine is well worth a try. Oaked with French oak most of the process, it was finished on American oak for a short time giving a very long smooth finish that lasts well after it’s out of your mouth, very pleasing to sip.
